Fit Camp #1 had nine women and the results were:
FAT LOSS - 16.8%
WEIGHT LOSS - 49.25 lbs
INCHES LOST - 36.25"
Fit Camp #2 had 13 women and the results were:
FAT LOSS - 23.9%
WEIGHT LOSS - 54.20 lbs
INCHES LOST - 94"
TOTAL BMI REDUCTION - 9.11
FAT LOSS - 16.8%
